The thrilling Pokémon MEZASTAR TAG BATTLE CHALLENGE is here!

We added an ONLINE category this time so trainers all over Malaysia can join the action! This is your chance to team up with a friend, show off your battling skills, and win exclusive prizes.

Top scorers will stand to win a Special Meza Tag "Calyrex" (Gold). Be sure not to miss out!

ONLINE PLAYERS

OFFLINE PLAYERS

How to Participate (Online, 1st-14th June 2026)

Team up with a family or friend to challenge Star Trainer "Takeru" and Junior Trainer "Hotaka"!

Kindly note the following important information before participating in the challenge:

1. All players are required to participate with an activated Trainer ID.
 Scores submitted without an activated Trainer ID will not be recorded by the system and will be disqualified.

2. If you do not have an ID yet, you may create one here, and activate the ID through normal gameplay.
 Please remember to save a screenshot of your ID for future use.

After the challenge, follow the steps below to submit your scores online:

1. Please take a video of your score, ensuring that the number of the Score is clearly visible.

 Please note that only 1 player from each pair is required to submit.

3. Fill in all the information required in the submission form and click "submit".

5. Winners will be announced on the official Pokémon MEZASTAR Malaysia Facebook, and Instagram pages.
 The prize will be delivered to the winner's designated delivery address.

How to Participate (Offline, 6th-7th June 2026)

Check-in will begin at the venue at 10:30 AM on the event day.

Practice for the Trainer Battles!

You can battle the same Trainers you'll face in the event by playing the "Special Mode" in Pokémon MEZASTAR! Be sure to practice before the event!

The outcome of the battle and your score will also vary depending on the Pokémon of the Meza Tags you use! Try out different combinations before the main event and go into battle with your ultimate team!

Event Rules and Regulations

ONLINE

  • All players are required to participate with an activated Trainer ID. Scores submitted without an activated Trainer ID will not be recorded by the system and will be disqualified.
  • Score submission opens on 1 June 2026, 00:00 AM and closes on 14 June 2026, 23:59 PM. Any early or late submissions will be void.
  • Please note that Silver Tags will be distributed on a lucky draw basis. Participants must achieve a minimum score of 200,000 to qualify for the Silver Tag Lucky Draw.
  • Only one player from each pair is required to submit the form.
  • Each pair may submit multiple entries, but only the latest entry will be considered. Kindly ensure the final entry has the highest score.
  • Failure to provide sufficient proof of score will result in disqualification.
  • Please upload your video and photo to your own Drive and share the link with Viewer access enabled.
  • Any submissions found to have been digitally altered, their scores will be automatically disqualified from the tournament, all other submissions by the individual or pairs will also be voided.
  • Any form of cheating or breaking of the Pokémon Mezastar tournament rules will result in disqualification of player. The organiser reserves the right to replace any winners if he/she is found to be disqualified. The organiser's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into by the organiser in relation to that decision.
  • The participant understands and agrees that any personal data provided by the participant will be held confidential by the organiser and will only be used, disclosed, stored and processed by the organiser pursuant to the purposes of participating in the Pokémon Mezastar event or any other marketing purposes.
  • Winners will be announced on the official Pokémon MEZASTAR Malaysia Facebook, and Instagram pages. The prize will be delivered to the winner's designated delivery address.
  • Please be reminded that we do not encourage reselling of Special Meza Tags, as they are intended for personal use and enjoyment within the game, not for resale or profit.
  • The organiser reserves the rights to change any rules at any point in time.

OFFLINE

  • Each pair may participate in the challenge only once per location per day, and is entitled to up to two (2) plays per participation. Only the highest score will be counted.
  • All players are required to participate with an activated Trainer ID.
  • Players must present Malaysian NRIC or National/Overseas Passport for identification purposes. Names registered will be as per official documents.
  • One (1) Pokémon Mezastar Tag will be dispensed from the machine after the challenge. Players should prepare and have up to 6 Pokémon Mezastar Tags and the respective payment methods ready before participating in the challenge.
  • Players are allowed to use only their own Mezastar Tags (limited to Version 1 to current version) and Malaysia launched promotional tags.
  • Strictly no borrowing of Tags and touching of other machines is allowed in the Battle Arena. Any modified or illegal fake Tags will not be allowed and will result in disqualification of player from the event.
  • All Pokémon Mezastar Tags that are used in the competition must be placed on the machine throughout the battle. No restarts will be allowed once the battle starts.
  • Support Pokémon Tickets cannot be used in this tournament.
  • Only the official Pokémon Dynamax Band can be used in the tournament. Any players caught using fake or modified products will be disqualified immediately.
  • Replay requests due to poor internet connection ("lag") will generally not be accepted. Exceptions may only be made if there is a clear machine malfunction verified by staff.

  • Players are to raise their hands after the battle and wait for the event marshal to register their score. Tapping away the score screen or failure to call for the event marshal to record score will be strictly disqualified immediately.
  • All scores will be recorded on the official score card that will be provided to the participant before they enter the Battle Arena. Please check and ensure the score recorded is correct, any disputes after the player left the Battle Arena will not be entertained.
  • Players will be disqualified if they lose their score card.
  • Any form of cheating or breaking of the event rules will result in disqualification of player.
  • The participant understands and agrees that any personal data provided by the participant will be held confidential by the organiser and will only be used, disclosed, stored and processed by the organiser pursuant to the purposes of participating in the Pokémon Mezastar event or any other marketing purposes.
  • This event may be photographed and videographed. Your presence at this event is deemed as your consent to being photographed and videographed.
  • Prizes will only be awarded to winners who are present on the day itself. All winners are required to report back onsite for Prize Presentation.
  • The Prize Presentation is scheduled at 5:00 PM for the distribution of prizes.
  • Winners must be present at 5:00 PM. Any player not present by this time will be deemed absent by the organiser and may result in prize forfeiture.
  • Winners who fail to be present or present their score card during the Prize Presentation will be disqualified.
  • Winners who fail to attend the Prize Presentation are required to present their score card the following day on 5:00 PM to collect their rewards. [Applicable ONLY to Day 1 (Saturday) Winners]
  • The final registration and check-in will close at 4:00 PM.
