What are Special Tag Battles?

When you encounter a Special Tag Battle with one BIG screen, fight alongside your friend at the console next door to Battle against powerful Pokémon!
Catch the Pokémon and both players get Meza Tags!
Put your strengths together to catch 'em all!

Play next to a friend and see if a Special Tag Battle comes up!
Players already in a Battle will be asked to either continue playing their own session or switch to a Special Tag Battle.
*If the player already in Battle chooses to continue playing, the other player will take on the Boss by themself. There is no Special Tag Battle in this case.

With the Attack Roulette, you use the higher number of both players to attack!

With the Ball Roulette, you use the best Poké Ball between both players to catch!

Catch the Pokémon and both players get Meza Tags!
Deal lots of damage now! Everyone attack!

Super lucky event!
You'll sometimes see an "Everyone Attack!" event on your last turn in Battle.
Your Pokémon and your neighbor's Pokémon can all attack the opponent together!
It's your chance to deal tons of damage to your opponent's Pokémon!

Slide all your Meza Tags forward to see a "Success!" on screen!
Your Pokémon and your neighbor's Pokémon can all attack the opponent's Pokémon together!
