Marvelous Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'), in accordance with the following policies, endeavours to appropriately handle all personal information.

The Company will handle personal information to the extent that it is necessary to achieve the purpose of use for the following.

Google Analytics advertising features can be disabled with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on for browsers.

 

Yahoo! Display Ad Network Function

Regarding the Yahoo! Display ad network function, you can disable behavioral targeting advertisements by Yahoo! JAPAN by "About the invalidation of behavioral targeting advertisements" provided by Yahoo Japan Corporation.

 

UserInsight

A web analysis tool provided by User Local Co., Ltd. We collect user access information through web beacons and cookies. You can cancel the provision of cookie information by using "Data collection policy of access analysis tool" of User Insight, a web analysis tool provided by User Local Co., Ltd. We collect user access information through web beacons and cookies.

 

Concerning Links to 3rd Party Websites, etc.

The Company does not assume any responsibility for the protection of customers' personal information on third party websites, etc. linked to the Company's website.

 

Procedures for Access and Correction of Personal Information

Customers can ask for the disclosure of their own personal data held by the Company. Also, if as a result of an error, etc. is found, customers can request a correction to be made to their own personal data or that use of the data be discontinued. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. If we are unable to do so within 30 days from your request, we will inform you in writing or via e-mail of the time when we will be able to respond.
